Greystone Walk Drive, Scarborough Junction

Greystone Walk is asking for a better internet price. Together.

Residents of 1, 3 and 5 are pooling their bills into one cohort. Once enough households join, providers bid for all three towers at once, and every household gets its own offer to take or ignore.

Three towers, one cohort

First to fill installs first

Founding members, the first 5% of doors in each tower, get the first install windows when the building switches. The race between towers goes live once each tower passes 5%.

The Whollar checkup

What is your internet really costing you?

Not the sticker. The complete bill: your plan, the rented box, the credits, and the jump that lands when your promo quietly expires. About a minute, no account needed.

Greystone Walk Drive is M1K. The province is what picks your comparison.

Any months you do not account for are held at the last price you gave, and the result says so.

09

The monthly total you pay right now, taxes in.

10

Leave blank if you do not know it yet.

Optional. Nothing is sent from this page: your address is only carried to the join form so you do not type it twice. Free for households. Providers pay us only when they win your building.

The figure is worked out in your browser, by the same engine that runs the full Whollar checkup.

Fill the form to see where you stand.

You pay now$0/mo
Extra over the next 12 months$0

Nothing announces the day a promo ends: the number moves, autopay clears it, and most households find out two or three bills later. The checkup reads the whole twelve months instead of today's price.

Pooled with your building, providers bid for all three towers at once, and a building does not get quietly reset.

Why twelve months, not your contract

Exit fees on internet have been zero since June 2026, so you can move in any month. Your contract does not gate the decision, and it does not shorten the window either.

Only Whollar sees your bill

Providers bidding for the towers get counts, the spread of speeds and when renewals cluster. Never a name, a unit number, or anyone's individual bill.

Nothing is decided here

Joining is free and non binding. You make one decision, later, holding an offer with your own price on it, and turning it down costs nothing.

Rate your provider

How is the internet treating this building?

Four taps. Providers bidding on a building want to know how unhappy residents are and how many would actually move. Your answer tells them both.

A rating belongs to a household, so joining is the step that files it. Nothing is published until 5% of the tower has rated, and a building average is all a provider ever sees.

How the cohort works

Join now, decide later, pay nothing either way

Joining is free and non binding. You only make a decision when you are holding an offer with your own name and price on it.

  1. Now01Forming

Residents join, submit a bill, rate their provider.

  2. Next02Threshold

At 30% of doors the building is big enough to take to providers as one purchase.

  3. Then03Sealed bids

Providers bid without seeing each other. They see aggregates only, never who you are.

  4. Then04Your offer

Each household sees its own price and takes it or leaves it.

  5. Finally05Switch

Whollar handles the cancellation, the install window and the promo timing.

Campaign managers

Every building needs someone to start it

One resident per tower puts the notice in the lobby, answers the questions in the building group, and posts the weekly update. Neighbours pick them, members rate them, and they earn 1.2x points on every referral.

Join the race. Every referral makes this building a little better.

One more household is one more reason for a provider to bid harder, for everyone on your floor and not just you. Referral points count toward the Greystone Walk leaderboard and the Whollar wide one.

Questions residents ask

The things people check before they join

Six answers. Where we do not have one yet, this page says so rather than guessing at it.

We confirm this with each condo corporation separately. Three buildings, three answers. If a bulk agreement is in force, the cohort runs as an add on for households who want a different provider.
It depends on the independent's technology in your tower. Where fibre already reaches the riser, the install is usually one visit to the existing telecom outlet. We post the details per building once the site survey is done.
Your offer shows the internet only price. Before you decide, we tell you what your current provider will charge for the rest of the bundle once internet leaves it.
Only Whollar. Providers see building level aggregates, counts, medians and satisfaction, never names, units or individual bills.
A session is arranged by the resident running the campaign in a tower, and all three seats are open. Put your name forward and we will bring the notices and answer the technical questions on the night.
Nothing. Providers pay Whollar only when they win a building. Since June 2026, activation, change and cancellation fees are banned, so switching costs you nothing either.
